William J. “Bill” Greenlee, 59, of Caledonia was pronounced dead on Sunday, February 5, 2012 in his home following a sudden illness. He was born on July 30, 1952 in Belvidere, Illinois the son of Thomas E. and Clara (Briton) Greenlee. He was a mechanical engineer for Sundstrand Corp. Bill was a member of the Mechanical Engineer Association and the Winnebago Farm Bureau. He was a graduate of Guilford High School Class of 1970 and received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois he later earned his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is survived by his sister, Sue Ellen Greenlee, of South Beloit, Illinois and two brothers, Thomas Greenlee of South Beloit, Illinois and Richard Greenlee, of Rockford, Illinois.
