A Time for Remembrance and Healing
At Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Funeral Home, we realize the sanctity of the funeral process.
Our staff will stand beside you as you and your family prepare for the final care of your loved one.
We are able to offer advice on traditional earth burial, cremation and memorial ceremonies;
as well as provide consultation on advance planning, commonly known as pre-arranging.
We find it an honor and privilege to assist our client families,

Our services include:
Traditional Gathering—This service would be in our chapel, or at a location of your choice. The service may include a eulogy, specially-chosen music, various personalization options, a procession, and graveside committal service. Burial or cremation takes place after the service.
Memorial Gathering and Service—The period of gathering is followed by a memorial service in our chapel or other location. The service may include any or all of the elements of a traditional service. The cremation or burial takes place prior to the gathering and service.
Graveside or Crematorium Gathering—This is a brief gathering at the graveside or crematorium that gives the family (and perhaps a few close friends) an opportunity to say goodbye.
Transfer Service/Minimum Required Services—We provide the basic services, including recording of vital statistics that allow the burial or cremation to take place. There is no gathering or memorial service.
Services After the Funeral—We are happy to assist with filing documents relating to pensions, veteran’s benefits, insurance, grief resources, and other matters.
Of course, you may choose among many other types of observances and services, selecting the elements that are most appropriate for you. We are always available to help you plan a dignified, meaningful service that commemorates the life that has been lived. Please ask about all of the available options and choices.
